Bronze - Full Service Description

  • Remove spa doors (if access allows)
  • Ensure pump and heater unions are secure
  • Full check around for evidence of leaks
  • Venturi, diverter and neck jet valves all operate
  • All hose and PVC connections checked
  • All jet bodies and suction housing inspected for leaks
  • Turn on each component and check they operate
  • Ensure all Jubilee clips (gear clamps) are tightened
  • Take amp reading of the spa heating
  • Topside is fully functional
  • Check all mechanical equipment is operating correctly
  • Check spa lighting is functioning correctly
  • Diverters Distribute water equally
  • Diverters checked for water ingression
  • Venturi system checked and operating correctly
  • Audio system checked and working correctly (customer has to supply MP3 or Ipod for testing)
  • Salt system operating normally
  • All equipment running for 20 minute cycle
  • Spa powered down and wet stop test inspection carried out
  • Test chemical levels of water. Advise customer if they require adjusting at end
  • Quote Customer on any parts or work required, warranty customers update with work being done
  • Complete repair
  • Refit doors, All doors aligned
  • Show / Contact customer to let them know it is completed or of any follow up action required
  • Ensure site is tidy before leaving, and get check sheet signed off

Silver - Full Service Description

  • Test water with dip test readings
  • Pipe flush added to water
  • Remove spa doors (if access allows)
  • Pump and heater unions tightened, ball valves open
  • All JJ plugs and copper ground cables connected to motherboard
  • Check the Motherboard over for any visible damage,
  • Ensure spa is set to heat and check Heater amperage and pump1 draw
  • Venturi, diverter and neck jet valves all operate closed to fully open
  • All hose and PVC connections checked
  • All jet bodies and suction housing inspected for leaks
  • Check water purification system (turn on filtration and check the generators)
  • SpaBoy / Onzen cell put into boost mode and misting
  • Ensure all Jubilee clips (gear clamps) are tightened
  • All equipment set running for 20 minute cycle
  • Topside is fully functional
  • Check all mechanical equipment is operating correctly
  • Check spa lighting is functioning correctly and in sync
  • Partial and full lock functional
  • Fahrenheit to Celsius functional
  • All equipment running for further 20 minute cycle
  • Diverters Distribute water equally
  • Diverters checked for water ingression
  • Venturi system checked and operating correctly
  • Audio system checked and working correctly (customer has to supply MP3 or Ipod for testing)
  • Spa powered down and wet stop test inspection carried out
  • Refit All doors and ensure they are aligned
  • Complete water drain and acrylic surface clean **
  • Disposable filter installed *
  • Customer advised of any additional work or parts required
  • Site checked and left Tidy
  • Have check sheet signed off and spa checked by customer

Gold - Full Service Description

  • Before picture taken
  • Spa Number Recorded
  • Remove all doors and filters
  • List Specs found in spa
  • Test water with dip test readings
  • Log Customer filtration settings
  • Add pipe flush and Bio Tablet to water and turn on pumps*
  • Pump and heater unions tightened, ball valves open
  • Copper ground cables connected to motherboard
  • CHECK PILLOWS MOVE UP AND DOWN CORRECTLY
  • Pillows sit flush in recess, and top plate screws are tight
  • Remove screws from Motherboard door and place door and screws in safe location
  • Update software (USB) then reset the power to the spa (global pack only)
  • Ensure low level programming set to spa specifications
  • Allow Arctic to complete “tst” mode, and recheck LLP and Breaker settings
  • Ensure spa is set to heat and check Heater amperage and pump1 draw
  • Check drain valve open and allow some water to come out, then close off
  • Check for any error codes on control panel, Log any found
  • All hose and PVC fittings checked for water loss
  • Pump and heater unions checked for water loss
  • Topside is displaying current temperature
  • Pump 1 high and low speed functional
  • Pumps functional and good flow
  • Epic Series, pumps run in sequence around spa, pump 5 is monster jet, change if needed
  • Blower on/off functional
  • Ross exhaust functional
  • Lights functional and sconce lighting working correctly
  • All lights in sync and each colour mode tested
  • All equipment running for 20 minute cycle
  • Temperature can be set to 15 – 40 Celsius full range
  • Partial and full lock functional on Arctic model
  • Fahrenheit to Celsius functional, leave on Celsius
  • Peak cells working and air moving through into spa water (set O3 to 24 to test pk2)
  • Filtration settings checked, and set back to how customer had them as per line 5 recordings
  • All 14 TA jets functional and bubble
  • Diverters Distribute water equally when centred, and divert between seats
  • Bear Claw handles facing correct way
  • 0 water loss at top of diverter handles, Water fall control, Neck jet control
  • Neck jets on/off operates correctly, valve checked closed to fully open
  • Waterfall valve checked closed to fully open
  • Water Falls spouts are equal flow, check they are clean inside
  • Venturi Valve operate normal, check from closed to fully open
  • Spa venturi’s normal (pump 1 jets can be turned off all other jets fully venturi)
  • Check Drain Valve checked for leak
  • 100/200 gpm suction nuts checked for water loss
  • Light housings checked for water loss, and checked for cracks
  • Cup holders checked for cracks, pour water over to check for leaks
  • Head rest receptacles checked for leaks, pour water over and check inside cabinet
  • SpaBoy / Onzen cell put into boost mode and misting
  • Spaboy probe readings
  • Spa operates at normal noise levels
  • Audio system operates correctly (including Bluetooth)
  • Wifi / EOP operates correctly with Arctic Spa app.
  • App shows Spaboy, compare probe reading on app to dip tests to check they are reading similar
  • All hose and PVC fittings checked for water loss
  • All loose debris removed from inside cabinet
  • Run Spa for another full 20 min cycles, continue to check for leaks throughout.
  • Spa powered down and all fittings checked for water loss (wet stop test)
  • Complete water drain and acrylic surface clean*
  • Cabinet stained with Arctic Cedar providing cabinet is dry**
  • Spa vinyl cover cleaned with clean & protect
  • Check acrylic surface and cabinet for indents/scuffs, scratches, And Plastic Weld
  • Spa refilled and customer settings checked
  • Chemical levels balanced***
  • Disposable filter installed ****
  • Test water with dip test readings
  • Balance water, chemicals added (service does not inc salt)
  • Doors refitted and aligned
  • Site cleaned and left tidy
  • After picture taken
  • Check sheet signed off
  • Customer shown service is complete and advised on any additional work / parts required
